Mexico Relocation Online Guide Refund Policy

When you purchase the Mexico Relocation Online Guide you will receive immediate access to ALL information as advertised. Therefore it is deemed “used” after you purchase it. All sales of the Mexico Relocation Online Guide are final and non-refundable. Please contact us before your purchase if you have any questions regarding the online guide and what’s included.

Refunds

To protect your non-refundable travel expenses, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. If you do not have a provider I can happily make a recommendation.

For cancellations made 30 days or more before your tour date: You will receive a full refund.

For cancellations made less than 30 days before your tour date: No refund or credit will be issued.

If final payment is not made 30 days before your tour date, we reserve the right to release your reservation to another party without issuing you a refund on your deposit.

If your tour is less than 30 days away and you become ill, have a family emergency, or travel restrictions are put in place that prevents you from entering Mexico, you will not be eligible for a refund. We recommend purchasing travel insurance that will reimburse you for non-refundable travel expenses in these scenarios.

No refunds will be made if you do not show up for your tour or if you interrupt or cancel your tour for any reason once it has begun.

For transactions less than 120 days old, the refund will be issued to the credit card you used when making your reservation. For transactions 120 days old or more, we can issue the refund by check or via PayPal.

COVID-19 Update: If we need to cancel your tour due to a change in Mexico’s quarantine you will receive a full refund.
