Great stuff again Mariana in this Huatulco video. I mainly focus on La Crucecita centro visuals and information.

After waiting weeks, I finally got a certified copy of my wifeโ€™s death certificate. I already began the renewal process for my US passport. Once I get my new passport, I will request an appointment at the Oxnard, California Mexican Consulate for permanent residency but here is where I think hiring a specialist will be the best option.

Iโ€™ve already downsized quite a lot but will do it again later in my โ€œto doโ€ steps. When the time finally arrives, after I take another scouting visit to Huatulco, I will need to look into a transportation company to move my 1000+ CDโ€™s, books, small kitchen appliances, some clothes, a bunch of electronics, photos, but NO furniture. While renting in La Crucecita for a few months, I will also scout for long term renewable rentals (one story, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, with all major appliances) at about $2500 USD per month in La Crucecita centro area (I can afford to buy a place around $250,000 USD, but for many reasons Iโ€™m not sure that is the wisest option.)

BTW, it seems that my next visit will fall during Huatulcoโ€™s high season but will avoid the 3 weeks of December/January. For that visit, I will only bring the max size carryon backpack, no checked luggage, and also take one of the direct flights from the US to avoid those very long layover stops in Mexico City. โœŒ๐Ÿผ Note: I already bought your guide.
