You may have heard about living in La Paz, BCS.
The city that faces the beautiful Sea of Cortez. A city with a gorgeous Malecon (or boardwalk in Spanish) where families gather to enjoy the ocean view and breeze.
And a city unlike it’s neighbor Los Cabos, where the vibe is very much authentically Mexican.
So what is it like to live here?
In this video, you’ll learn from a local and a realtor on what it’s like to live in La Paz, Baja California Sur and what their advice is for you!

Can’t wait to meet and work with Blanco and Ian! My future and forever home is LA Paz.
Very good video. Will be in La Paz from June 18 -22 and would like a recommendation to explore the immediate area for a possible part time residence. Any information you can provide would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Ed
Hi Ed!
Glad you liked the video.
If you’re thinking of moving to La Paz, I highly suggest doing a private relocation tour.
During a tour, your tour guide will show you the various areas and neighborhoods of La Paz. You’ll get to see where you can do your shopping and actually get to see some prices for groceries. You will also get a local’s perspective on the pros and cons of living in La Paz. And most importantly you won’t have to worry about driving around or figuring out where to go.
