Wondering where you can live in Mexico for under $2,000 USD a Month?
Check out Queretaro In the heart of the Bajio region of Mexico.
Queretaro is not only a cosmopolitan city. It is safe, clean, affordable, has great weather, and a growing population. Living in Queretaro means you’ll have access to great shopping, transportation, amenities, things to do, beautiful rentals, and very low utility costs!

In this video, we give you a breakdown of two areas in Queretaro that are quickly becoming very popular. We show you what living in Jurica and Juriquilla is like. This video gives you a full breakdown of
- Rental options

- Getting around
- Nightlife
- and a lot more!

Hi Marianna,
Great Video and myself & wife did take a 7 day trip to Queretaro to see if it was a place to retire. We did love it there and we enjoyed the downtown area with all the cafes and restaurants. We did hook up with a real estate agent who moved there years ago from San Francisco with her family (she is mexican) we looked in the areas you had in your video, but i liked the downtown area and while looking we did find 1 place we loved, but at $26,000 Pesos it was a bit too high for us. We did get a price on medical insurance and at $950/per person that was a disappointment. We haven’t ruled it out and will decide if it’s the place for us. Thank you
