Can you please clarify the transition mechanics after the 4 years of temporary residency to permanent residency? Do you need to requalify again (Economic Solvency)? Or is it automatically done after paying the fees?

    • Mariana Lange says

You would need to be in Mexico and you need to apply in person at INM. No financial solvency is required.
If you’d like more of the steps and help with your residency visa process, we give you the steps in our COMPLETE Mexico Relocation Guide- mexicorelocationguide.com/guide/
